Large format sheets
- We can make sheets up to 4.1m x 2.1m
- Tend to be layer sheets for metal, glass etc that prevent scratching, scuffing and other damage
- Can be used to wrap around products for transit packaging
- We can laminate large format sheets too, making large, thick stiff heavy-duty boards – 4.1m x 2.1m, up to 5000 microns (5.0mm),
- Can be used as a hardboard / wood alternative for large protective pallet bottoms or tops
- Have been used as partitions in exhibitions – easy to upholster / mount against
Very small sheets
- We can make sheets as small as 10x10mm
- These could be for very small dividers or re-inforced inserts into cosmetic packs
- Boards for finger food
Long strips
- We can make long, narrow strips, up to 10 x 2200mm
- These are used in furniture and bedding upholstery
