We make envelopes from 300microns (220gsm) up to 880 microns (600gsm). For smaller quantities we keep a range of stock board in place for fast turnarounds and for larger volumes we can take advantage of our strong relationships with partner mills to ensure the best product at competitive prices.

Materials – Recycled grades: brown dyed board (typically used for book mailers), coated white greyboard (typically for higher value printed envelopes), greyboard (most economical price-wise)

We can also make with virgin fibre boards – pure kraft or folding boxboard if required.

• Printing – we can offer both plain or printed envelopes as required
• Envelope style – Pockets and wallets, in panel sizes from 150 x 150mm up to 550 x 660mm
• Closing – Peel & seal flap or tuck flap, and with a tearstrip for easy opening if required.
